Oltre ai widget perfezionati, alle home screen personalizzabili, all’update del browser, Android 3.0 supporterà la videochat tramite Google Talk e Google Maps 5 per le città in 3D.L’assalto di Acer al mercato tablet avviene in due modalità, come mostrato di recente: con i tablet veri e propri; e con il touchbook che sostituisce al laptop la tastiera fisica con un display multitouch con tastiera virtuale. Acer al Ces di Las Vegas ha illustrato la propria "filosofia tablet” e la nuova "filosofia netbook” con doppio display, noto come Iconia, una sorta di nuovo netbook con Windows 7, che ha sostituito la tastiera fisica con un display: basta appoggiare le mani sullo schermo per far apparire la tastiera virtuale sul secondo display.

Acer ha poi mostrato di nuovo il tablet Android da 7 o 10 pollici con Nvidia Tegra 2 e Android Honeycomb. Esiste anche un modello da 5 pollici con videocamera da 1.3 Megapixel e fotocamera da 8 Megapixel, per riprendere video da 720p. Il tutto con sistema operativo Android 3.0.Acer sta anche lavorando a un o smartphone / tablet con un display di 4,8 pollici, chip Qualcomm Snapdragon da 1 GHz, risoluzione 1024 x 480 e in materiale simil-metallo.Con piattaforma Qnx è invece Rim PlayBook che sfiderà iPad sulle reti 4G. Il tablet di Rim sarà in commercio in estate negli Usa per la rete 4G di Sprint. Il 4G assicura download dieci volte più veloci rispetto al 3G. Rim ha poi dato in pasto al pubblico del Ces ulteriori informazioni. Rim PlayBook sarà equipaggiato con un chip dual core a 1 GHz, sarà dotato di 1 Gb di Ram e sfrutterà il sistema operativo Tablet Os, che dovrebbe essere frutto dell’acquisizione di Qnx; supporterà il multi processing simmetrico. La connettività sarà Wi-Fi, supporterà Adobe Flash Player 10.1, Mobile Air e HTML 5. Lo schermo da 7 pollici sarà un multi touch capacitivo. Sono confermate la doppia videocamera, memoria interna fino a 64 Gb. Il tutto racchiuso in 400 grammi di peso e dimensioni ultraportabili da 130×194x10mm. In precedenza Rim ha promesso che PlayBook sarà tre volte più veloce di iPad e che costerà sotto i 500 dollari.

Sempre Android (ma Froyo invece che Honeycomb: scelta inspiegabile), èè il nuovo tablet di Dell, lo Streak da 7 pollici, con Nvidia Tegra 2, videocamera da 1.3 Megapixel e fotocamera da 5 Megapixel, già pronto per il 4G di T-Mobile.Lg ha tolto i veli (con T-Mobile) al suo G-Slate,con sistema operativo Android 3.0 (Honeycomb), supporto per le reti HSPA+, dotato di processore dual core Nvidia Tegra 2.Anche Nec si tuffa nell’arena dei tablet Android con un modello dual screen: Android Cloud Communicator. Il tablet a doppio schermo di Nec è per ora solo un prototipo, e potrebbe essere commercializzato prima in Giappone verso la primavera. L’SDK sarà disponibile. Android Cloud Communicator sarà dotato di processore ARM Cortex da 1 GHz, schermo da 7 pollici (800×600), pannello Lcd touchscreen resistivo. La prima unità sarà solo WiFi e Bluetooth , ma NEC lascerà spazio ai moduli 3G o 4G. Sarà completo di videocamera frontale da 3 Megapixel (in grado di catturare video da 720p), due porte USB e SD card slot; ma sarà privo di uscita video. NEC promette una batteria della durata di 5 ore. Arriverà con pennino e bottoni per voltare pagina dei libri, aumentare la luminosità eccetera.

Originale è apparso anche il tablet Android di Vizio, marchio noto soprattutto negli Usa e specializzato in HdTv. Sul fronte tablet, Toshiba Usa prepara un tablet Android con Nvidia Tegra 2. In casa Sony, ancora non c’è aria di tablet, essendo impegnata su 3D, Ps2 e Playstation Phone. Ma secondo il Dailytech, di due pezzi grossi della multinazionale giapponese, vale a dire il Ceo Howard Stringer e il capo della divisione Computer, Kunimasa Suzuki, avrebbero confidato l’ambizione di entrare in forze nell’arena tablet: "entro il 2012 l’obiettivo è quello di essere il vendor numero due nei tablet”.E come? Si sussurra che l‘asso nella manica di Sony possa essere un tablet 3D. Per sfidare Apple iPad e Nintendo 3DS in un colpo solo.

Ha uno spessore di poco superiore a quello di una presa Usb il nuovo MacBook Air che oltre a essere ultraportatile e’ pure elegante e robusto. Non è velocissimo, ma si propone come compagno di viaggio ideale anche grazie ai dischi SSD Il nuovo MacBook Air è un notebook dedicato a chi vive in mobilità. Per caratteristiche hardware e potenza non può sostituire i MacBook Pro, ma si propone come laptop da viaggio di riferimento. Noi abbiamo provato il modello con il display da 13 pollici, processore Intel Core 2 Duo a 1,86 GHz, 2 Gbyte di memoria DDR3 da a 1.067 MHz e disco fisso allo stato solido da 256 Gbyte, il chipset grafico è nVidia GeForce 320M con 256 Mbyte di memoria condivisa. I MacBook Air dispongono di due prese USB 2.0, lettore di schedine di memoria, Mini DisplayPort, webcam, presa per le cuffie, microfono integrato e presa per l’alimentazione di rete.

Non c’è il connettore Ethernet ma, come è nello stile di Apple, sono disponibili adattatori di vario tipo per sfruttare una delle prese USB in questo senso. Per quanto riguarda la connettività i notebook Air supportano WiFi n e Bluetooth 2.1 con Edr.
MacBook Air è disponibile anche con display da 11 pollici, cambiano però le proporzioni e in questo caso avremo uno schermo 16:9 e non 16:10, come il nostro. Per lavorare è meno pratico quello a 16:9. Il modello a 11 pollici poi non dispone del lettore di schedine di memoria, pesa circa 3 etti in meno (1 kg contro 1,3 Kg del nostro modello) e ha un processore ancora più lento: Core 2 Duo a 1,4 GHz con appena 3 Mbyte di cache di secondo livello.

Il modello da 13 pollici consuma anche di più (50w/h contro i 35 del modello a 11 pollici), ma ha comunque un’autonomia maggiore rispetto a quello da 11 pollici, perché c’è più spazio per ospitare una batteria capiente. Conforta, con il modello da 13 pollici così configurato, poter lavorare ben oltre le 6 ore con i programmi office e il Wifi acceso.Ottime le capacità di dispersione del calore, Air non scalda minimamente. Anche dopo un utilizzo prolungato. Tastiera e touchpad, infine, sono molto confortevoli. Il touchpad invoglia a non sprecare la presa Usb per collegarvi un mouse aggiuntivo.

Il notebook non è un fulmine in velocità, se si vuole utilizzare un software di virtualizzazione consigliamo vivamente di scegliere in fase di configurazione il raddoppio della Ram (4 Gbyte); sul processore è prevista l’ opzione di scelta e si può montare per 90 euro in più il modello a 2,13 GHz. Quella in prova è comunque già una configurazione che costa la bellezza di 1.599 euro, a voler ottenere il massimo si devono aggiungere ancora 100 euro e arrivare in pratica a 1.700 euro, un prezzo davvero elevato. A nostro avviso la scelta migliore è tutto sommato il raddoppio della Ram con disco allo stato solido da 128 Gbyte, mantenendo questo processore. La soluzione costerà 1.390 euro.

I punti di forza di MacBook Air sono presto detti: accesso alle applicazioni e avvio rapidissimi, grazie all’utilizzo di memorie flash; robustezza, ottima ingegnerizzazione per la corretta dissipazione del calore, autonomia elevata della batteria, per lavorare più di mezza giornata senza preoccuparsi di ricaricare il notebook. Lo chassis è tutto di metallo. Di plastica c’è solo il logo della mela illuminato, la tastiera e la cerniera di innesto tra display e base .
Bisogna aggiungere qualche riflessione. Quello dei notebook costosi, ad alta portabilità è un segmento spesso lasciato scoperto dai produttori. Toshiba ha abbandonato la produzione del modello R600 – punto di riferimento anche per la disponibilità dell’unità ottica integrata; altri vendor mantengono a listino solo un modello di questo tipo, in una fascia di prezzo che necessariamente è elevata (Sony per esempio). A prima vista può anche suonare strano, eppure un concorrente del MacBook Air è proprio l’iPad.

Chi voleva massima portabilità, leggerezza e praticità in alcuni casi ha scelto iPad, accettando il compromesso sulla tastiera. Questo pubblico ora ha a disposizione l’Air da 11 pollici, costa di più ma non soffre di tante limitazioni. Intanto registriamo che la forbice di prezzo degli ultraportatili si è molto allargata, dai 999 euro a 1.799. Vale ancora la regola che nessun nuovo dispositivo in arrivo negli ultimi due-tre anni è riuscito a sostituire adeguatamente il format precedente. E’ un mercato molto fluido che ancora cerca una sua stabilità ma che difficilmente può assorbire novità a rilascio continuo.

Yadav had purchased a Dell laptop paying Rs 30,600 on May 5, 2014 with one year warranty. The system encountered its first complaint within 60 days of purchase which was rectified by the company, the plea said.The petitioner stated that in January 2015, the laptop developed troubles with its hard disk and even after repeated intimations, the company representatives failed to turn up and rectify the error.The company, however, submitted that when the first time the complainant approached it with the problems in laptop, it was resolved but the second time when he approached, the lines were closed and the issue was not registered.The company had also alleged that the complaint was filed without any cause of action but in order to extract money in form of compensation.

"La Gdo e la Gds coprono un segmento difficile da coprire con la distribuzione tradizionale", spiega Alessandro Fares, presidente Devo. "Alcune realtà della grande distribuzione sono seguite direttamente, come per esempio Euronics, Coop o Unieuro. Wii 2 arriverà in anticipo sulle nuove Xbox o Playstation, visto che né Sony né Microsoft usciranno con una nuova console (non portatile) prima del 2014, dal momento che Microsoft ha da poco aggiornato la sua con la periferica Kinect per Xbox 360, e Sony con il Move per PS3. Lo standard industriale delle console di nuova generazione ogni 5 anni, è ormai superato, anche se la Wii è stata introdotta nel 2006.

Le vendite di Wii probabilmente scenderanno del 14% a 13 milioni di unità in questo anno fiscale, mentre le vendite di software caleranno del 30% a 120 milioni di unità. Le vendite di Nintendo 3DS balzeranno a 16 milioni di unità (dopo le 440.000 unità nella prima settimana a marzo), e le vendite di software, trainate da "Legend of Zelda” per 3DS (disponibile a giugno), si impenneranno da 9.4 a 62 milioni di copie. Il rapporto annuale di AESVI indica un calo percentuale del mercato dei videogiochi rispetto allo scorso anno, ma con un fatturato che supera comunque il miliardo di euro.

Dal 25 marzo è a scaffale anche in Italia iPad 2, la seconda versione del media tablet di Apple. Negli Usa sono stati venduti oltre 600 mila unità di iPad 2, il nuovo tablet con processore Apple A5 dual-core, più sottile del 33% ( a 8.8 mm) e dotato di videocamera per le video-chat FaceTime fra prodotti Apple. In attesa di conoscere i prezzi dei gestori che offrono micro Sim (3 Italia, Vodafone e Tim) per iPad 2, Apple ha reso noto i prezzi in euro di Apple iPad 2: il modello solo Wi-Fi sarà disponibile da 479 a 679 euro, nei modelli da 16 a 64 GB rispettivamente. La versione con WiFi più connettività 3G: costerà da 599 e 799 euro, a seconda dello storage.

Ma sugli scaffali oggi arriva in Italia anche il 3D senza occhialini sulla prima console portatile: Nintendo 3DS. Il semaforo verde dell’associazione degli optometristi statunitensi ha tolto ogni dubbio: il 3D senza occhialini di Nintendo 3DS non solo non fa male alla vista, ma può anche aiutare a scoprire eventuali piccoli problemi (come l'”occhio pigro”, ambliopia eccetera) fin dalla prima infanzia. Dunque i genitori che stanno per mettersi in coda per acquistare Nintendo 3DS, useranno il buon senso, e non dovranno preoccuparsi per la prolungata esposizione a immagini 3D stereoscopiche.

Nintendo 3DS ha circa le stesse dimensioni del vecchio DS, ma è equipaggiata con due fotocamere esterne, per catturare le immagini stereoscopiche in 3D e una interna per la videochat. Il 3D senza occhialini è la caratteristica di punta: i display non hanno risoluzioni da brivido (840×240 pixel quello in 3D e 320×240 il secondario) ma sono sufficiente per divertirsi. La visione 3D permette anche un controllo manuale per regolare la profondità dell’effetto stereoscopico e quindi si può sempre decidere di disabilitarlo.

Un altro punto di forza è la possibilità di giocare con la "realtà aumentata". Scrive Gizmodo.it: "Basta appoggiare, su un piano, una carta (in dotazione) per avviare i giochi in realtà aumentata. In pratica è come se si vedesse un’ambientazione 3D generata dal display orientato a circa 30-35 cm di distanza dalla carta stessa (indipendentemente dall’angolazione) e inserita nel vostro contesto reale, che richiede pertanto la vostra interazione. Noi abbiamo provato il gioco del tiro a segno e a uccidere un drago”.

Che questo sia l’anno della convergenza tecnologica, ben esemplificato dal successo dei tablet, lo dicono gli analisti di mercato, da Idc a Forrester da Gfk a Gartner, sottolineando come questo successo risponda alle esigenze di mobilità e di continua fruizione dei contenuti.E’ così che a Barcellona tanti volti noti del panorama mondiale hanno presentato le principali novità che sbarcheranno sul mercato e sugli scaffali nel corso di quest’anno.Htc ha svelato il tablet Htc Flyer. In apparenza sembra uno smartphone oversize, ma non è solo uno Android con gli steroidi. Htc Flyer si contraddistingue anche per una versione non specificata di Android a cui è stata aggiunto il software HTC Sense su widgets e homescreen 3D.

Uno scanner per negativi e diapositive, ideale per il fotoamatore che cerca un prodotto abbastanza equilibrato per prezzo e prestazioni, ma non adatto per flussi di lavoro professionali Plustek OpticFilm 8200i Ai è uno scanner che nasce espressamente e solo per la digitalizzazione di negativi e diapositive. La risoluzione di scansione massima è di 7.200 dpi e la fonte di illuminazione del negativo o della dia è a Led. La tecnologia a Led ha oramai soppiantato quelle a catodo freddo perché queste lampade consumano meno, non richiedono riscaldamento, e generalmente sono anche più stabili per temperatura colore. Il produttore dichiara una velocità di scansione minima a partire da 36 secondi (a 3.600 dpi) fino a quasi due minuti a (a 7200 dpi).

L’area di scansione di Plustek OpticFilm 8200i Ai è di 36,8 mm x 25,4 mm. Si tratta di uno scanner altamente portatile. Pesa appena 1,6 Kg ed è fornito con due staffe accessorie per il caricamento delle dia e dei negativi (vanno inseriti manualmente fino a quattro alla volta), il software necessario e una comoda borsa con maniglia. Queste le dimensioni 120x272x119 mm. Lo scanner funziona sia con Windows (da Win Xp) che collegato a un Mac OS X 10.5, ma vedremo che in questo secondo caso non in tutte le funzionalità.La versione che abbiamo da provare per il test è la migliore nel catalogo Plustek, rispetto alla versione 8100 e 8200i SE vanta il software Auto IT8 Calibration, Expert Mode, la funzione Histogram a 16 bit e un JobManager. Entriamo nel dettaglio della prova che prevede l’utilizzo del software SilverFast Ai Studio 8, incluso nella confezione, che guiderà l’utente passo a passo.

I Chromebook non sono notebook, né netbook e non sono tablet, possono servire a chi vive praticamente solo online, ma non sostituiscono altro device e hanno bisogno di applicazioni dedicate per funzionare. Ecco la proposta di Samsung Samsung Serie 5 è il primo Chromebook disponibile anche sul mercato italiano. Funziona con il sistema operativo di Google Chrome e Samsung ci tiene a presentarlo come il notebook per chi vive sempre online. Non è quindi un notebook come gli altri, fa bene tutto quello che si può fare nel mondo Google, ma non può sostituire nessun altro device.

Non è un netbook, non è un tablet, tantomeno uno smartphone. E’ un Chromebook, appunto. E non è una distinzione di poco conto. Chi lo scegliesse per fare editing di foto e video, pensasse di poter installare le applicazioni che usa su Windows o sui Mac o gestire le proprie risorse hardware con disinvoltura, come è abituato a fare su un normale notebook, rimarrebbe deluso dall’acquisto. Chi invece volesse un sistema da avviare in meno di dieci secondi, riavviare in un battito di ciglia, un sistema davvero portatile, con una buona autonomia della batteria (fino a oltre 8 ore, 5 di riproduzione video continuata), da non rimpiangere in caso di furto… Allora può valutare l’acquisto e procedere nella lettura, perché Samsung Serie 5 nasce per Chrome OS, un sistema operativo ad hoc per vivere con tutti i propri dati in the cloud, al sicuro se si perde o viene rubato l’hardware, in modo da ricominciare pochi minuti dopo a lavorare con un altro Chromebook. Anche per questo il ‘disco fisso’ di Samsung Serie 5 è di appena 16 Gbyte (2 sono i Gbyte di RAM), c’è un lettore di schedine di memoria e le prese USB per caricare in memoria quello che serve pronti per andare in the cloud e pubblicare quello che si vuole nei propri spazi sul Web. Per fare questo basta e avanza il processore in dotazione, Intel N570 1.66Ghz Dual Core, è più che ampio il display a finitura opaca da 12,1 pollici (WXGA LCD, risoluzione 1280×800 a 300 nit di luminosità) ed è quasi indispensabile il modulo 3G, la cui presenza o assenza è l’unica variabile d’acquisto (insieme al colore scuro, o bianco) su Pixmania, che al momento è il canale d’elezione di vendita.

Samsung ci spiega che sono in corso accordi con gli operatori mobile, ma per il momento Samsung Serie 5 si compra sul Web, a 449 euro (con il modulo 3G) e a 399 euro solo WiFi. Non sono pochi, se paragonati a una proposta netbook, non sono molti se si vuole paragonare Samsung Serie 5 a un device schermo+tastiera superleggero, che però è un vero notebook, come Apple Air. Un confronto che parte più che altro da dimensioni e peso (1,48 Kg per il Chromebook, un etto e mezzo di meno circa per Air), perché Air è comunque un notebook a tutti gli effetti e anche più leggero, ma costa per questo anche molto di più.

Le applicazioni che girano su Google Chrome si scaricano da un app store distinto da quello di Google per Android. Ce ne sono tante, quelle che bastano per vivere in the cloud, ma quelle sono. Da Luglio sarà possibile usarle anche offline (Html 5 aiuta), per poi caricare il proprio lavoro non appena si torna in rete, ma al momento Chromebook offline permette di fare pochissimo, certamente configurare alcuni parametri del sistema e poco più. Il sistema Chrome offre invece alcune opzioni interessanti nel caso si voglia condividere in qualche modo l’utilizzo della macchina, perché aprire l’apposito account ‘guest’ non richiede alcun riavvio o riconnessione, basta selezionare una voce dal menu a tendina, con la certezza che i dati e la navigazione del proprietario restino inaccessibili (sono al sicuro in the cloud) e quelli dell’ospite, che può accedere alla rete in un istante, pure.

Xperia Play nei negozi a 599 euro Stanno arrivando finalmente sul mercato italiano gli smartphone presentati in anteprima all’ultimo Mobile World Congress di Barcellona. Alcuni giorni fa avevamo provato un LG Optimus Dual P990 e il Sony Ericsson Xperia arc, ora è il turno di un altro device Sony Ericsson, il tanto atteso Xperia Play. L’attesa è soprattutto per gli appassionati di videogiochi e di PSP, ovvero la PlayStation Portatile, poiché questo telefono integra proprio la console di gioco, con tanto di controller e pulsanti. Xperia Play è infatti PlayStation certified. Rimandiamo a più avanti alcune considerazioni sulla giocabilità, per ora dedichiamoci alla descrizione dello smartphone.

Il form factor è uno slider che mostra un display touch capacitivo da 4 pollici, risoluzione 854×480, accompagnato dai quattro consueti tasti in rilievo tra cui quello per la ricerca che non era presente nel Sony Ericsson Xperia arc. Sempre frontalmente si trova la fotocamera per gli autoscatti e le videochiamate, che fa il paio con la fotocamera principale da 5,1 megapixel posta sul retro. Sul profilo destro due tasti-gioco (L –R) e un pulsante a due vie per la regolazione del volume. Dalla parte opposta ingresso jack per gli auricolari e porta micro Usb per collegare il telefono alla presa di corrente o al computer. Aprendo lo slider, invece, si svela il controller con i comandi per giocare, in perfetto Playstation style.

La dotazione hardware non può prescindere naturalmente dall’integrazione dei comandi per giocare: lo stile richiama la Playstation – e non poteva essere altrimenti – per la disposizione dei pulsanti e il design: discreta l’ergonomia, anche se per sessioni di gioco prolungate la presa può risultare poco confortevole. Buona invece la resa del display, che soddisfa il giocatore che c’è in noi sia dal punto di vista dell’ampiezza che della brillantezza. La navigazione all’interno dei menu dei giochi può avvenire sia tramite il touchscreen sia utilizzando il controller.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Play ha una memoria interna di 1 GB che può essere estesa tramite scheda di memoria micro SD e si avvale di un processore Qualcomm Snapdragon da 1 GHz e 512 MB di RAM. Per quanto riguarda le connettività supporta naturalmente WiFi (può fungere anche da hotspot) e Bluetooth ed è in grado di collegarsi ad altri dispositivi wireless in modalità DLNA, tanto da poter essere utilizzato come media server, proprio come già avevamo rilevato in Xperia arc. Il ricevitore A-GPS, in combinazione con i servizi di geolocalizzazione di Google si rivela infine un valido aiuto per ottenere indicazioni stradali. Grazie al doppio altoparlante la riproduzione audio è efficace e di buona qualità.

Se generalmente l’autonomia della batteria è legata al tipo di utilizzo che si fa del proprio smartphone, a maggior ragione questo discorso vale per Xperia Play: i giochi hanno una notevole incidenza sulla durata della carica, che difficilmente arriva alla giornata intera senza necessitò di ricarica, nonostante si tratti di una batteria ai polimeri di litio.Come di consueto partiamo a descrivere la dotazione software dal sistema operativo: si tratta di Google Android Gingerbread 2.3.2, con tutti i servizi e le applicazioni Google preinstallate, da Gmail a Google Talk, Maps, Youtube. Ma il piatto forte è indubbiamente Xperia Play, la suite che consente il rapido accesso ai giochi, preinstallati o scaricati dal Market di Android. Il giudizio sulla giocabilità, naturalmente, varia in funzione del singolo titolo: noi abbiamo provato Fifa 2010, tra quelli preintallati, e qualcosa non ci ha pienamente convinti, sia a livello di ergonomia del telefono in modalità controller, che non permette un accesso agevole a tutte le combinazioni di tasti utili per giocare al 100%.

Accu Acer Aspire AS5745PG-5978

Acer rust de R 11 uit met een Pentium-processor, maximaal 8GB ddr3 en een hdd van maximaal 1TB. Verder zijn hdmi- en vga-poorten met reguliere grootte en usb 3.0 en usb 2.0 aanwezig, evenals een sd-kaartlezer. De Acer Aspire R 11 komt in juni in de Benelux in het blauw en wit uit voor 399 euro. Van de Switch 10 komt een goedkopere E-variant en een reguliere versie. Beide 2-in-1-laptops worden uitgerust met een 10,1"-ips-scherm, een Atom quadcore-cpu en maximaal 64GB emmc-opslag, waarbij in de toetsenborddocking ruimte is voor een hdd van maximaal 1TB. Acer heeft het scharnier aangepast wat loskoppelen makkelijker zou maken en ook kan het toetsenbord hiermee 5 graden omhoog worden getild. De modellen bevatten beide twee usb 2.0-poorten en ook ondersteunen ze wifi-n maar geen -ac.

De Switch 10 E moet het met een schermresolutie van 1280x800 pixels doen. De accucapaciteit bedraagt 30Wh en daarmee zou het model het volgens Acer 12 uur kunnen volhouden, al is onduidelijk bij welk scenario dit is gemeten. De tablet is 10,95mm dik en weegt 630 gram, het toetsenborddock maakt dat die waardes op respectievelijk 25,75mm en 1,28 kilo uitkomen. De reguliere Switch heeft een schermresolutie van 1920x1200 pixels en een Gorilla Glass 3-glasplaat. De dikte van deze tablet is 8,9mm en ook weegt dit model minder: 600 gram. Met toetsenbord zijn deze waardes achtereenvolgens 23,8mm en 1,21kg. De Acer Aspire Switch 10 E komt in mei voor 299 euro beschikbaar en de Switch 10 volgt een maand later voor 449 euro.

De V15 moet zich onder andere onderscheiden met een aluminium cover. Het toetsenbord is verlicht, de processor is een Broadwell-model en de grafische kaart is de GeForce 940M van Nvidia. Acer rust het model uit met maximaal 16GB ddr3 en 2TB hdd-opslag, hoewel ook een sshd van 1TB tot de mogelijkheden behoort. De Acer Aspire V 15 is vanaf juli verkrijgbaar in de Benelux vanaf 799 euro.Tenslotte komt Acer met de goedkopere Aspire E- en ES-series, die vanaf mei respectievelijk juni uitkomen in Nederland en België voor een vanafprijs van achtereenvolgens 399 en 279 euro. Deze modellen komen in verschillende configuraties en met schermafmetingen van 11,6" tot en met 17,3" beschikbaar. Acer levert ze in zes opvallende kleuren.

Intel heeft op IDF een prototype van een laptop laten zien waarop het een tweede scherm op basis van een epaper-display heeft geïntegreerd. Het extra E-Ink-scherm is interactief, voorzien van een touchscreen en een backlight.De laptop waarin Intel het scherm had ingebouwd, is een oudere Haswell-laptop van Intels eigen ontwerp: het zogeheten reference design voor Haswell. De technologie zal echter ook in het referentie-ontwerp voor de volgende generatie Skylake-laptops ingebouwd worden, die nog dit jaar aan ontwikkelaars beschikbaar gemaakt gaan worden. Skylake zal de tijdens IFA aangekondigde Broadwell-laptops opvolgen. Naast het eigen referentie-ontwerp zou het extra scherm ook in laptops van fabrikanten terecht kunnen komen: Intel zegt in gesprek te zijn met fabrikanten. Welke dat zijn, kan het bedrijf nog niet zeggen.

Het prototype werd gebruikt om verschillende gebruiksscenario's van het tweede scherm te tonen. Met de Share-charm kan in principe elke applicatie naar het tweede scherm gestuurd worden. Intel heeft echter ook diverse eigen applicaties gemaakt, die de gebruiker controle geven over wat op het scherm getoond wordt. Zo kan een dashboard met het weer, een rss- en twitterfeed getoond worden, maar ook is het mogelijk een aangepaste Facebook-app op het E-Ink-scherm te tonen. Intel ontwikkelde ook een vertaalapplicatie en er kunnen willekeurige teksten getoond worden.

Het scherm wordt direct van E-Ink gekocht en bevat, naast het epaper-display ook een touchscreen en een backlight. Dat licht kan aan- en uitgezet worden via het E-Ink-scherm. Aangezien het scherm een epaper-scherm is, kunnen uiteraard ook ebooks gelezen worden. Ook met het backlight ingeschakeld zou de accu-impact gering zijn: al het rekenwerk wordt weliswaar op de processor gedaan, maar voor statusupdates van Twitter, rss en Facebook wordt het systeem maar eens per kwartier uit connected standby wakker gemaakt. Intel schat ten slotte dat de kostprijs voor integratie van het tweede scherm ongeveer 25 tot 30 dollar zal zijn.
MSI heeft een 13,3"-laptop met Core i7 en Iris Pro-gpu uitgebracht, die als losstaande laptop te gebruiken is maar die ook gecombineerd kan worden met een GamingDock voor gaming. In het GamingDock kan de gebruiker zelf een videokaart naar keuze plaatsten.

Volgens MSI is de GS30 Shadow met een gewicht van 1,3 kilo de lichtste gaminglaptop en met 19,8mm is het systeem ook relatief dun. De standaard aanwezige Iris Pro-gpu van Intel zou voldoende grafische rekenkracht leveren voor het gros van de games, maar heel zware games moet de laptop op hoge settings kunnen draaien in combinatie met de GamingDock.De laptop moet op dit docking station gezet worden, waarbij de verbinding verloopt via pci-e x16. In het kastje kan de gebruiker zelf een videokaart plaatsen, maar niet bekend is of de keuze is beperkt tot bepaalde Nvidia- of AMD-kaarten. De accessoire voegt ook extra usb-poorten en audio-aansluitingen toe. De GamingDock komt in januari beschikbaar. Het is niet de eerste keer dat fabrikanten laptops van extra grafische rekenkracht voorzien via een docking station; Sony deed dat bijvoorbeeld bij de Vaio S, die via Thunderbolt met een kastje met krachtige mobiele gpu verbonden kon worden.

MSI levert de MS30 Shadow met Intel Core i7-processors en een maximale schermresolutie van 2560x1440 pixels. Verder is er maximaal 16GB geheugen aanwezig en passen er tot twee ssd's in M.2-formfactor in de behuizing. Ook is er een verlicht toetsenbord en ondersteuning voor wifi-ac, maar een optische drive is niet aanwezig. Wanneer de laptop en het docking station precies naar Nederland komen en wat deze gaan kosten, is nog niet bekend.Samsung stapt volledig uit de Nederlandse laptopmarkt. Dat laat de elektronicagigant aan Tweakers weten. Er verschijnen geen nieuwe laptops meer en ook stopt Samsung met de verkoop van Chromebooks in Nederland.

Begin dit jaar liet Samsung al aan Tweakers weten het aanbod van Windows-laptops terug te schroeven en zich te richten op Chromebooks en high-end-modellen als de ATIV Book 9 2014 Edition, die in maart verscheen. Ook daarmee stopt het bedrijf nu dus, zegt de fabrikant tegen Tweakers.Een reden voor het vertrek van de Nederlandse markt geeft het concern niet. "Samsung speelt snel in op behoeften en wensen in de markt", aldus het bedrijf. Ook benadrukt Samsung dat het besluit specifiek voor de Nederlandse markt geldt: "Het is niet per se een weerspiegeling van andere markten." Daarmee lijkt het erop dat de Zuid-Koreaanse fabrikant wel doorgaat met de fabricage van laptops, maar dat die alleen verschijnen in andere landen.

Samsung stapte in 2008 relatief laat in de Nederlandse laptopmarkt. Het bedrijf bracht in de loop der tijd een breed scala aan modellen uit, van netbooks en multimediamodellen, tot ultraportables en zakelijke laptops. Gaandeweg kwam de focus meer op de Series 9-ultrabooks te liggen, terwijl het bedrijf ook Chromebooks bleef uitbrengen. Een van de laatste modellen die hier verscheen, de Chromebook 2 13,3" met full-hd-scherm, was echter maar heel kort beschikbaar, wat een teken aan de wand bleek.Blijkbaar heeft Samsung niet voldoende voet aan de grond gekregen op de Nederlandse markt. De laptopmarkt heeft het tijden moeilijk gehad met dalende verkopen, maar lijkt recent juist weer op te krabbelen. Eerder stopte Sony wereldwijd met zijn Vaio-lijn van laptops.

Dell heeft op de IFA-beurs de Latitude 13 7000 aangekondigd, een hybride ultrabook die dankzij het afneembare scherm tevens gebruikt kan worden als een tablet. De laptop heeft een 13,3"-scherm en draait op een Intel Core M-processor.Het los te koppelen scherm van de Latitude 13 7000 meet 13,3" en telt 1920x1080 pixels. Dell heeft het apparaat voorzien van een Core M-processor, een energiezuinige 14nm-chip op basis van de Broadwell-architectuur.Dell levert bij de Latitude 13 7000 maximaal 500GB aan opslag, terwijl er tot 8GB werkgeheugen aanwezig is. De hybride laptop beschikt over 802.1ac-wifi, een 8-megapixelcamera aan de achterzijde en een 2-megapixelcamera aan de voorkant. Optioneel kan de laptop van een lte-module worden voorzien.

Dell zal de Latitude 13 7000 vanaf oktober gaan leveren in de Benelux. In de VS krijgt het systeem een prijs die begint bij 1199 dollar, ofwel 923 euro. De Europese prijzen zijn nog niet bekendgemaakt.Intel heeft tijdens de IFA in Berlijn zijn nieuwste generatie processors geïntroduceerd. Deze Broadwell-generatie volgt Haswell op en zal als eerste gebruikt worden in ultrazuinige laptops en tablets. De processors zijn herkenbaar aan de naam Core M.De Core M-generatie werd door Intel vrijdag formeel geïntroduceerd, maar gedurende de IFA-beurs toonden diverse fabrikanten hun producten met een Core M-processor al. De Core M-serie is gebaseerd op Intels nieuwste processorontwerp met codenaam Broadwell. Dat is de naar 14nm verkleinde versie van Haswell, die op 22nm geproduceerd worden. De kleinere transistors van Broadwell moeten, samen met een speciaal daarop gespitst ontwerp, voor zeer zuinige processors zorgen. De tdp's van de nieuwste generatie Core M-processors bedragen dan ook maximaal 4,5W.

Hoewel de eerste producten al getoond zijn en Intel drie processors aankondigt, zal toch tot eind dit jaar op de daadwerkelijke verkrijgbaarheid van tablets en laptops met Core M-processors gewacht moeten worden. Fabrikanten hebben dan de keus tussen drie modellen, waarvan twee vrijwel identiek zijn. Het topmodel wordt de 5Y70, die een standaardkloksnelheid van 1,1GHz met turbo naar 2,6GHz krijgt. De 5Y10a en 5Y10 zijn beide op 0,8GHz met turbo naar 2GHz geklokt, maar de 5Y10 kan met een iets lagere tdp geconfigureerd worden. Standaard hebben alle Core M-processors een tdp van 4,5W. Dat moet het mogelijk maken ze volledig passief te koelen. Zeer zuinige laptops kunnen daardoor dunner en lichter worden.

Keine andere Cyber-shot-Kamera von Sony war bislang hierzu in der Lage – für die RX100M4 sind Aufnahmen in Super-Zeitlupe kein Problem. Vor der Aufnahme können 250 Bilder, 500 Bilder oder 1000 Bilder pro Sekunde gewählt werden. Zudem besteht noch die Qual der Wahl beim Wiedergabe-Format. 25p und 50p sind möglich.Sony DSC-RX100 IV LCDDer 7.5cm bzw. 3.0 Zoll TFT weist 1,228’800 Millionen Bildpunkte auf und lässt sich hinten etwas herausziehen und dann ca. 180 Grad (Selfie-tauglich) nach oben und – für Aufnahmen über Hindernisse hinweg — 45 Grad nach unten neigen.Die Aufnahme-Taste kann entweder genutzt werden, um die Aufnahme zu starten oder um das Ende der Aufnahme festzulegen. Bei letzterer Variante bannt die Kamera die zwei bis vier Sekunden vor dem Drücken der Taste auf die Speicherkarte. Die Extra-Power des DRAM Chips ermöglicht der RX100M4 mit dem 1.0 Zoll «stacked» Exmor RS CMOS Sensor Motive einzufangen und bis mit 16 Bilder pro Sekunde einfangen. (Anzahl Bilder in Folge: 44 JPEGs finde oder 48 Standard, 27 Raw-Fotos oder 25 bei RAW & JPEG simultan.)

Verschlusszeiten von 1/32’000 Sekunde möglich. So können Fotografen auch bei strahlendem Sonnenlicht (EV19) mit Offenblende Bilder einfangen. Positiver Nebeneffekt: Bei Videos wird so der «rolling Shutter»-Effekt unterdrückt, der bei Schwenks oder sich durchs Bild bewegenden Objekten (z.B. Rotorblätter eines Helis) zu Verzerrungen führt. Die RX100M4 und die ebenfalls neue Bridge-Kamera RX10M2 sind die ersten beiden Cyber-shot-Modelle von Sony, die in der Lage sind, 4K-Videos (3840 x 2160) intern aufzuzeichnen. Die Sensoren werden vollständig ausgelesen ohne Pixel Binning. Gerade bei 4K bleiben so alle Details im erhalten.
In 4K sind so Datenraten von bis zu 100 Megabit pro Sekunde im Sony XAVC-S Format möglich. Bei Full HD sind es 50 Megabit. Die RX100M4 ermöglicht – aus thermischen Gründen – rund fünf Minuten 4K-Videoaufnahme am Stück in höchster Qualität. Für Filmer, die ihren Videos erst in der Nachbearbeitungfilmen den Farblook verpassen wollen, stehen Bildprofile wie S-Log2/S-Gammut zur Verfügung.
Während der 4K Video-Aufnahme lassen sich Fotos mit 16,8 Megapixeln simultan aufnehmen.

Mit Adobe Photoshop Lightroom gehört eine professionelle digitale Workflow-Lösung für Apple Mac OS X und Microsoft Windows zur Ausstattung der Leica Q. Die Bildverarbeitungssoftware bietet umfangreiche Funktionen zur Verwaltung, Bearbeitung und Ausgabe der digitalen Bilder. Registrierte Leica Q Kunden können die Software kostenlos von der Leica Homepage downloaden.Optional ist ein umfangreiches technisches Zubehör- und hochwertiges Taschensortiment für die Leica Q erhältlich. Hierzu gehören unter anderem eine Bereitschaftstasche, ein Holster, ein Protektor und eine Day Bag (alle aus schwarzem Leder und massgeschneidert für die Leica Q). Preis und Verfügbarkeit
Eine unverbindliche Preisempfehlung in Franken für die Cyber-shot RX100 IV (DSC-RX100M4) steht noch nicht fest. Die Kamera soll ab Sommer 2015 erhältlich sein.Heute stellt Leica das erste Modell der neuen Q-Reihe vor. Die Leica Q verfügt über einen Vollformatsensor mit 24 Mpix und ein festeingebautes Leica Summilux 1:1,7/28 mm ASPH mit formatreduzierendem Bildwinkel entsprechend 28, 35 und 50 mm Brennweite. Die Bedienung erfolgt über einen Touchscreen. Full-HD-Videos werden mit 30 oder 60 Vollbilder pro Sekunde aufgezeichnet.Die Leica Camera AG, Wetzlar, stellt das erste Modell einer neuen Produktlinie digitaler Kompaktkameras vor. Die Leica Q mit Vollformatsensor und klassischer Festbrennweite besticht durch schnelle, intuitive Bedienbarkeit und ein besonders lichtstarkes Objektiv. Ausgestattet mit dem Leica Summilux 1:1,7/28 mm ASPH bietet sie vor allem in Available Light Situationen ein breites, natürlich wirkendes Bildfeld und eignet sich für die Strassen-, Architektur- und Landschaftsfotografie. Die Leica Q arbeitet laut Leica mit dem schnellsten Autofokus der Klasse der Vollformat-Kompaktkameras. Darüber hinaus verwertet der neu entwickelte Bildprozessor aus der Leica Maestro II Serie, der für die Leica Q adaptiert wurde, die vom Sensor kommenden Daten in Höchstgeschwindigkeit und liefert bis zu zehn Bilder pro Sekunde bei voller Auflösung. Um bei diesem Tempo in jeder Situation eine zuverlässige Kontrolle über die Bildkomposition zu ermöglichen, verfügt die Leica Q über einen integrierten elektronischen Sucher mit 3,68 Millionen Bildpunkten.

Mit einem digitalen Bildfeldwähler bietet die Leica Q zusätzlichen kreativen Spielraum – per Tastendruck lässt sich ein alternativer Bildausschnitt auswählen. Neben der voll auflösenden 28 mm Brennweite stehen hier zusätzlich die Brennweiten 35 mm und 50 mm zur Verfügung. Die entsprechenden Bildrahmen werden dabei auf Knopfdruck eingespiegelt. Da der Fotograf so auch sehen kann, was sich ausserhalb der Leuchtrahmen abspielt, kann er schneller auf Veränderungen im Motiv-Umfeld reagieren – wie bei einer Messsucherkamera. Während der ausgewählte Ausschnitt im JPEG-Format gespeichert wird, bleibt gleichzeitig das Gesamtbild der 28 mm Brennweite im DNG-Format erhalten und kann so in der Nachbearbeitung allenfalls einen etwas anderen Bildausschnitt wählen.

Auch in puncto Design hält die Leica Q an der für Leica Kameras typischen Tradition der Reduzierung auf das Wesentliche fest. Das Gütesiegel «Made in Germany» garantiert dabei Materialien mit höchster Langlebigkeit: Die Deckkappe wird aus massiven Aluminiumblöcken gefräst, das Gehäuse aus Magnesium gefertigt und alle Beschriftungen und Markierungen an den Einstellrädern werden lasergraviert. Die Daumenstütze auf der Rückseite der Kamera sowie das griffige Rautenmuster der Belederung unterstreichen das gelungene Zusammenspiel von Form und Funktionalität.

Alle Kamera-Funktionen der Leica Q sind übersichtlich und ergonomisch sinnvoll angeordnet. Das übersichtlich gestaltete Menü bietet einen schnellen Zugriff auf alle relevanten Bedienoptionen und ermöglicht dabei individuelle Nutzungsmöglichkeiten: So lässt sich die Wahl des Autofokus- Bereichs bequem über die Tastensteuerung festlegen. Optional kann hierzu aber auch der Touchscreen benutzt oder der Fokus mit einem einfachen Finger-Tippen bestimmt werden. Beim manuellen Fokussieren unterstützt der Live-View durch zwei elektronische Hilfen – das Fokus-Peaking zeigt durch farbige Markierung der Kanten den Schärfepunkt im Motiv an. Gleichzeitig zeigt der Live-View-Zoom den Schärfebereich des Motivs zur Kontrolle in bis zu 6-facher Vergrösserung. Aber auch ohne elektronische Unterstützung hat der Fotograf bei der Leica Q immer alles im Blick: Die fotografischen Grundparameter Blende und Verschlusszeit lassen sich jederzeit, auch bei ausgeschalteter Kamera, an den entsprechenden Bedienelementen ablesen und einstellen.

Von der hohen Lichtstärke und dem ausgeprägten Bokeh-Effekt profitieren auch die Videoaufnahmen der Leica Q: Die Qualität der Full-HD-Videos entspricht der professioneller Filmaufnahmen. Je nach Motiv können beim Filmen im MP4-Format zwischen 30 und 60 Vollbilder in der Sekunde gewählt werden. Für einen guten Ton sorgt der eingebaute Windgeräuschfilter.Die Leica Q verfügt über ein integriertes Wi-Fi-Modul zur digitalen Übertragung der Fotos und Videos sowie der Fernsteuerung per Smartphone und Tablet per WLAN. Die dafür benötigte Leica Q-App kann kostenlos heruntergeladen werden. Celui-ci aurait pour mission de rappeler tous les rendez-vous de la journée, mais aussi de répondre à toutes les questions de son propriétaire. L’idée serait véritablement de faire de Cortana une assistante virtuelle "portable” qui vous accompagne partout et reste connectée en permanence au smartphone, via un signal Bluetooth.

Selon la source de l’information, "Clip” ne devrait pas être commercialisé avant 2016, voire 2017. L’accessoire devrait bientôt entrer en phase de test en interne. S’il existait déjà de nombreux acteurs sur le marché des PC portables, MediaMarkt a entrevu une opportunité unique avec le lancement de Windows 10 pour lancer sa propre marque d’ordinateurs portables. Le groupe allemand s’est allié au géant de l’informatique Lenovo pour concevoir une ligne complète d’ordinateurs portables, qui présentent la caractéristique d’être vendus à des tarifs relativement attractifs. Dans notre cas, nous avons pu tester le modèle 14″, qui est facturé 349€ en magasin.Livré avec Windows 10 sous le capot, l’ordinateur de MediaMarkt présente certaines caractéristiques qui lui permettent de se démarquer des autres modèles low-cost. Tout d’abord, au niveau de son design, puisqu’on retrouve un boitier en plastique qui imite le métal brossé – un peu à la manière de ce que fait ASUS avec ses smartphones. Certes, tout cela n’a pas l’air bien résistant, et cela sent même bon le plastique bon marché, mais pour un modèle vendu à 349€, le Peaq a le mérite de disposer d’un look soigné. La configuration du clavier est idéale pour des longues sessions de travail, le pavé numérique est parfaitement situé et les charnières qui retiennent l’écran sont suffisamment discrètes pour se faire oublier. Pour séduire le consommateur, MediaMark met en avant l’argument de la garantie, qui atteint 3 ans, contre 2 pour la plupart des ordinateurs portables de la concurrence.

Il s’agit là d’un joli argument dans la mesure où la plupart des consommateurs ont pris l’habitude de renouveler leurs machines tous les 4 à 5 ans, et où 1 an de garantie supplémentaire pourrait dès lors faire pencher la balance en faveur du Peaq. Enfin, MediaMarkt peut compter sur le savoir-faire de Lenovo, le numéro 1 mondial de l’informatique, qui a entièrement conçu et fabriqué les modèles de la gamme Peaq pour le compte de la marque allemande. De ce fait, si l’ordinateur de MediaMarkt se distingue très clairement des autres ordinateurs de Lenovo, il est difficile de ne pas reconnaître la marque de fabrique de Lenovo.

Au niveau des performances, le modèle 14″ n’est pas forcément ce qui se fait de mieux sur le marché, mais offre un très bon rapport qualité / prix. On retrouve ainsi une jolie dalle Full HD (1920×1080) matte, idéale pour travailler même en plein jour, un SSD de 32 Go qui permet d’accéder rapidement à son écran d’accueil, un disque dur de 500 Go qui offre un espace de travail très confortable, une connectique complète avec ports USB 2.0 et 3.0, lecteur de cartes SD, port HDMI, port LAN et port jack, ainsi qu’une webcam HD de qualité très honnête. Globalement, le produit s’en sort donc plutôt bien, sauf pour ce qui est du processeur. MediaMarkt a en effet opté pour un processeur Intel Celeron cadencé à 1,83 Ghz et épaulé par 2 Go de RAM, soit une configuration pratiquement identique à ce qu’on trouve sur la plupart des smartphones à l’heure actuelle… Autant dire que vous pouvez oublier le gaming, l’utilisation de logiciels comme Lightroom ou PhotoShop, ou même le multitâche. Autre point important à noter, le modèle 14″ n’est bien sûr pas équipé d’un écran tactile. En revanche, le clavier qui l’équipe est de qualité somme toute très correcte pour un modèle low-cost!

Vendu à un tarif particulièrement attractif (349&euro , le Peaq de MediaMarkt est un outil de travail très pratique pour les étudiants à la recherche d’un ordinateur portable pas trop encombrant, efficace (merci le SSD!) et surtout qui dispose d’une connectique complète. Certes, il faudra se contenter des fonctions les plus basiques compte tenu des performances très limitées du processeur, mais pour surfer, rédiger des documents, écouter de la musique ou même visionner un film, le modèle 14″ remplit parfaitement son contrat.Selon une nouvelle étude de Juniper Research, le grand public est encore très frileux à l’égard des montres connectées. Seulement une personne sur cinq serait prête à mettre plus de 160 euros dans une montre connectée.

Si les montres connectées ont la cote en ce moment, le grand public est encore très frileux vis-à-vis de ces gadgets qui ont tendance à très vite se démoder et qui coûtent surtout une véritable fortune. Il suffit de jeter un coup d’oeil au prix des dernières montres connectées pour se rendre compte que celles-ci ne s’adressent pas forcément à tous les publics. L’Apple Watch est par exemple vendue à partir de 399€, la Watch de Huawei démarre à 399€ et la nouvelle Gear S2 de Samsung est facturée près de 350€. C’est à peu de choses près la moitié du budget d’un smartphone "haut de gamme”.

La prima si chiama 64GB Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-I Card: se il nome non è poi così facile da ricordare, le caratteristiche sono invece degne di nota, poiché riesce a raggiungere una velocità di scrittura fino a 90 MB/s, ovvero il doppio rispetto alla massima velocità attualmente disponibile, consentendo di memorizzare immagini RAW in modalità burst (sequenza) e filmati Full HD.

Altrettanto importante la velocità in lettura, 95 MB/s. Oltre a questo la scheda rispetta le specifiche SD 3.0 per quanto riguarda l’architettura bus per assicurare integrità ai dati anche ad alte velocità (UHS). Disponibili in tagli da 8 GB fino a 64 GB a partire da 39,99 euro. Altra interessante novità è rappresentata da 64 GB SandisK Mobile Ultra microSDXC Card: si tratta di una scheda microSD, quindi utilizzabile per espandere la memoria degli smartphone e dei tablet che prevedono un apposito slot compatibile. Anche in questo caso l’impiego della tecnologia UHS (Ultra High Speed) consente di raggiungere velocità di scrittura molto elevata, fino a 30 MB/s, con prestazione di Classe 6, quindi idonea a memorizzare video Full HD.

Nei negozi a partire da 15 euro per la scheda da 4 GB, fino a 64 GB con adattatore SD incluso nelle confezioni oltre al software di gestione dei contenuti multimediali SanDisk Media Manager. E’ inoltre disponibile l’app SanDisk Memory Zone per Android e Windows Phone – nei rispettivi market – per poter gestire in modo più efficace la scheda di memoria inserita nel proprio device.Notebook con display da 17,3 pollici, Full HD e tecnologia 3D per giocare e guardare film, anche in formato Blu-Ray. Samsung RF712 non è un notebook per tutti. Non tanto per il prezzo, che attesta il portatile tra quelli di fascia alta, quanto per le sue caratteristiche tecniche, prima fra tutte il supporto alla visualizzazione di contenuti 3D. Se questa non è una vostra prerogativa, se non vi interessa, certamente opterete per altri modelli, al contrario troverete in Samsung RF712 un valido compagno di avventure.La dotazione hardware è di tutto rispetto, a cominciare dall’ampio display da 17 pollici che se da un alto non fa di questo notebook un computer particolarmente adatto agli spostamenti, dall’altro assicura qualità di visione dei film ed esperienza coinvolgente quando si gioca. Processore Quad-Core Intel i7 (nella versione provata da noi) e scheda video AMD Radeon HD6650M da 2GB DDR3, ideale per la fluidità dei giochi, non solo per le immagini tridimensionali. E poi Usb 3.0, HDMI, lettore Blu-Ray e Bluetooth 3.0. Ma andiamo con ordine.

Samsung RF712 è al primo sguardo un notebook imponente. Appare chiaro fin da subito che non si tratta di un computer fatto per la mobilità estrema, complice un display da 17,3 pollici che rende la superficie totale quantomeno generosa. Queste le dimensioni effettive a notebook chiuso: 41,58 x 27,61 x 3,79 cm per un peso, batteria da 6 celle inclusa, di 2,9 Kg. La scocca è lucida e trattiene decisamente le impronte, ma è una pecca che accomuna un po’ tutti i notebook che abbiamo avuto modo di provare finora. Mal comune…

Due inserti di metallo a specchio fanno da cerniera tra la base e il display e danno quel tocco di discontinuità ed eleganza in più che abbiamo apprezzato. La tastiera a isola è ben distribuita sulla base, per quanto resti ancora un po’ di spazio lateralmente ed è retroilluminata. La parte superiore ospita i diffusori audio e i controlli audio e WiFi, oltre al pulsante di accensione. Touchpad con due tasti separati e sufficientemente ampio, così come lo spazio per appoggiare i polsi che rende la digitazione confortevole.La base integra anche il microfono, che non è quindi collocato accanto alla webcam incastonata nella cornice del display. Quest’ultimo – lo abbiamo accennato in apertura, ha una diagonale da 17,3 pollici, risoluzione 1920x1080p Full HD, tecnologia SuperBright e supporto per la visualizzazione di contenuti 3D.

Questa la dotazione delle interfacce di comunicazione: sul profilo sinistro si trovano nell’ordine l’ingresso per il connettore di rete elettrica, una porta VGA, porta Ethernet, porta HDMI, due porte Usb, uscita minijack per le cuffie e ingresso microfono. Frontalmente il lettore di schede di memoria 4-1 (SD, SDHC, SDXC, MMC). Sul profilo destro una porta Usb 3.0 e il lettore Blu-Ray/masterizzatore DVD, oltre all’immancabile blocco Kensington.Televisori e prodotti per l’home entertainment; macchine fotografiche e videocamere; computer desktop, portatile, palmare e tablet. Sono questi solo alcuni, dei prodotti che da domani subiranno variazioni di prezzo derivanti dall’innalzamento dell’aliquota Iva ordinaria dal 20 al 21%, così come indicato nel testo della legge sulla manovra economia firmata dal Presidente della Repubblica.

Nel frattempo, la Cgia di Mestre ha calcolato gli effetti dell’aumento dell’Iva (l’aliquota del 20%) in relazione alla diversa disponibilità di spesa delle famiglie. A tal fine sono state prese in considerazione le fasce di reddito che vanno da un minimo di 15mila a un massimo di 55mila euro e per ognuna di esse è stata calcolata l’incidenza dell’aumento in tre casi: contribuenti senza famigliari a carico, famiglie con coniuge e 1 figlio a carico e famiglie con coniuge e 2 figli a carico.Per un reddito di 15mila euro si va da un aggravio annuo di 37,54 euro senza famigliari a carico ad uno di 60,64 con coniuge e 2 figli; per i redditi di 30mila euro le cifre passano da 58,27 a 77,84 euro. L’ultima fascia di reddito considerata ovvero i redditi di 55mila euro è chiaramente quella con gli aumenti più consistenti con un minimo di 99,75 per coloro che non hanno familiari a carico ad un massimo di 123,21 per chi ha coniuge e 2 figli.

So kann die Einstellung von Blende, Verschlusszeit, Fokussierung, Belichtungskorrektur, Zoom-Brennweite und anderen Vorgaben per Smartphone/Tablet vorgenommen werden.

Canon stellt heute das neue Speedlite 430EX III-RT vor. Gegenüber dem Vorgängermodell Speedlite 430EX II ist es kompakter geworden und bietet mit integrierter Funk- und Infrarotsteuerung einen erweiterten Funktionsumfang. Es kann auch vom Speedlite Transmitter ST-E3-RT oder von Speedlite 600EX-RT Einheiten angesteuert werden.Das neue Speedlite 430EX III-RT ist mit einer maximalen Leitzahl von 43 bei ISO 100 das derzeit leistungsstärkste Blitzgerät in der Mittelklasse des Canon Speedlite Angebots. Auch bietet es als Zusatzblitz dank Auslösung per Funk oder Infrarot-Signal mehr Flexibilität. Das Speedlite 430EX III-RT ermöglicht eine vom Anwender steuerbare Breite des Lichtkegels und lässt sich somit einem Brennweitenbereich von 24 bis 105 mm anpassen. Über einen integrierten Adapter kann man diesen zudem auf 14 mm erweitern.

Das Speedlite 430EX III-RT ist für kreative Fotografen konzipiert und lädt dazu ein, mit unterschiedlichen Positionen zum Motiv zu experimentieren. Es übernimmt wahlweise über Funk oder Infrarot die Funktion als Master oder Slave. Das Gerät ist mit Kameras kompatibel, welche über einen integrierten Speedlite Transmitter verfügen – dazu gehören EOS 760D und EOS 70D – und lässt sich als externes Blitzgerät mit voller Leistungskontrolle über das Kameramenü einsetzen.Das Speedlite 430EX III-RT ist Bestandteil des Canon RT-Systems mit Funk-Übertragung und ermöglicht die flexible Steuerung von bis zu fünf Gruppen mit jeweils maximal 15 RT-Blitzgeräten aus einer Entfernung von bis zu 30 Metern. Die neue Digital Bolex D16 vereint die legendäre Bolex Qualität mit moderner der Digitaltechnologie, das Resultat ist eine eigenständige Bildqualität in dieser Kameraklasse. Bilddetails werden mit hoher Genauigkeit festgehalten und es wird ein einzigartiger organischer Farblook erzielt, der sich auffällig der Charakteristik des klassischen 16 mm Films nähert. Im zweiten Teil des Buches geht es dann um die Wiedergabe-, die Individual-, die System- und die Bildbearbeitungsfunktionen der D7200, bevor sich der Autor der Videopraxis und dem empfehlenswerten Zubehör zuwendet. Das Buch schliesst schliesslich mit der Software zur Kamera Nikon ViewNX-i und Capture NX-D und beschreibt die Möglichkeit, die D7200 mit Nikon Camera Control Pro 2 oder einem Mobilgerät fernzusteuern.

Batteria HP OmniBook XE2

E’ prevista la connettività Bluetooth per il collegamento con lo smartphone, in modo da sfruttarlo come hotspot per fruire dei servizi TomTom Traffic gratuiti (si tratta di un traffico dati di circa 7 Mbyte al mese, quindi incide poco), così si hanno tutti gli aggiornamenti sul traffico in tempo reale, e non solo, anche quelli relativi al Meteo e ai possibili rallentamenti. Inoltre TomTom ha ascoltato in un certo senso le richieste che avevamo fatto nelle nostre oramai antiche recensioni e gli aggiornamenti delle mappe (quattro all’anno) sono gratuiti a vita. Solo per un trimestre è invece gratuito il servizio di segnalazione degli Autovelox. Peccato davvero.

Per quanto riguarda il software le novità non sono poche. L’interfaccia a tasselli ha lasciato il posto a una serie di icone sul touchscreen, da scorrere, o selezionare tramite le frecce, tutte in bellavista, tranne, inspiegabilmente, quella delle opzioni più piccola delle altre pur essendo la più importante.Utilizzare il navigatore è quindi nel complesso più semplice e intuitivo; sul display a destra è sempre in evidenza una barra che segnala l’ubicazione del prossimo rifornimento e le postazioni Autovelox, oltre alle informazioni con ora di arrivo e distanza. In verità l’esperienza con il touchscreen non è però eccellente, nulla di paragonabile con quella che si sperimenta tutti i giorni con il proprio smartphone, senza contare poi che TomTom Go 60 di suo non è risultato nelle nostre prove particolarmente reattivo. Risulta lento nel recepire il tocco e offrire le proprie risposte, lento rispetto alla velocità cui ci hanno abituato oramai gli smartphone.

La funzionalità Speak & Go anche su questo modello di base è risultata gradita, per quanto non sia ancora equiparabile per agilità nelle procedure di utilizzo rispetto alle intelligenze come Siri, Cortana, così l’utente percepisce ancora di più il gap per differenza di esperienza. Si può pronunciare un certo numero di frasi ma è importante sfruttare bene i suggerimenti, e anche una volta arrivati a una scrematura di indirizzi, bisogna pronunciare esattamente la selezione altrimenti non serve.E’ proprio questo il punto di base, il vero nodo di questa tipologia di prodotto rispetto all’esperienza di navigazione con uno smartphone. Anche i navigatori portatili come questo perdono gran parte del loro valore e delle proprie potenzialità rispetto a quelli sempre collegati a Internet. Oramai la gente è abituata a cercare gli indirizzi anche solo digitando l’esercizio commerciale che sta cercando in una località, nulla più, oppure richiedendo il nome di un museo, ma non dovendoselo cercare tra i punti di interesse, che fa capo a un database che, per quanto aggiornato, purtroppo non può competere con Google.

Sappiamo che mappe dettagliate in memoria hanno un peso in Gbyte non irrilevante. Per esempio aggiornando le nostre abbiamo riscaricato ben 6 Gbyte per le mappe europee, con un utilizzo di navigatore e computer per farlo di circa 2 ore. Ecco, questo di avere sempre tutte le mappe caricate su un navigatore che può funzionare sempre anche senza connessione è un punto a favore, ma è sufficiente come motivazione per l’acquisto oggi?Noi pensiamo infatti che il vero valore di TomTom oggi sia proprio il servizio, la navigazione punto a punto, che manca sugli smartphone così ben fatta, se non utilizzando un paio di altre applicazioni, ma tuttavia non con la stessa esperienza e facilità d’uso.Giusta quindi la direzione presa da TomTom con una proposta ad hoc per chi ha bisogno di questo servizio turn-by-turn online senza bisogno di memorizzare le mappe.Per questo però ci sembra anche che 200 euro per l’acquisto di un dispositivo hardware a parte come questo Go 60, con una scarsa autonomia, non molto reattivo, con un display ingombrante, ma che non restuisce un’esperienza d’uso eccellente non siano oggi facilmente giustificabili.

Il nostro parere e consiglio quindi, nella fascia bassa di navigatori portatili TomTom, è quello di spendere il meno possibile, indirizzandosi al modello con diagonale da 4 pollici. E con queste caratteristiche non pensiamo di esagerare nel segnalare che davvero ci sembrererebbe giusto offrire ai clienti una soluzione entry level a un prezzo non superiore agli 80 euro, non come accade ora a partire da 159 euro.Se infatti su mobile l’app TomTom con la cartografia dell’europa occidentale costa 45 euro, non è legittimo desiderare semplicemente una "scatola touch” che la contenga per 40 euro in più? Perché un prezzo così elevato per una navigatore portatile da automobile che fa fatica sul mercato, e che invece a un prezzo ben inferiore rappresenterebbe una vera commodity?TomTom Go è una valida soluzione allora per chi non ha ancora familiarizzato con i servizi TomTom su smartphone, o per chi preferisce non usare lo smartphone in questo modo e in auto. Tuttavia il gap tra questa tipologia di soluzione con quanto può offrire uno smartphone si è molto accentuata nel tempo.

La nostra proposta ideale di TomTom come dispositivo indipendente da uno smartphone se proprio si volesse mantenere un prezzo più elevato dovrebbe avere un display magari di diagonale inferiore, ma di qualità più elevata, con un’autonomia almeno di 4 ore, una buona Cpu, il collegamento a Internet integrato, su tutti i modelli, non solo per l’accesso ai servizi TomTom, ma anche per poter cercare in tempo reale le località di destinazione sfruttando non solo il semplice database, ma anche il motore di ricerca di Google e la sua capacità di recepire comandi vocali intuitivi in linguaggio naturale. Forse chiediamo troppo, ma l’esperienza che si può avere con i servizi TomTom su uno smartphone è oramai questa, e spendere tanti soldi per un’esperienza inferiore non ha più molto senso.

SLIDESHOW e IN PROVA – Lumix DMC-LX100 è una fotocamera compatta di fascia alta con sensore micro 4/3 e un obiettivo f 1.7 (24-75mm). Una combinata davvero sorprendente. La creatività, anche per i più esigenti, è ancora tascabile Ci sono alcuni tratti distintivi delle fotocamere compatte che indirizzano subito i possibili acquirenti. Nel caso di Panasonic, con la sua Lumix LX100, presentata per la prima volta a Photokina 2014 uno di questi è il profilo superiore con in piena evidenza la doppia ghiera con i tempi di esposizione e il correttore dell’esposizione , l’altro quel bel pulsante di scatto largo e di metallo. Caratteristiche esteriori che ci fanno capire che, pur a fronte di una fotocamera senza obiettivo intercambiabile, la proposta è davvero molto seria, va ben oltre la mera definizione di ‘compatta’. Se mai ci fosse bisogno di una conferma ecco che viene direttamente da un’altra possibilità di controllo di livello: la ghiera per impostare a piacere il rapporto del fotogramma: 4:3, 1:1, 16:9, 3:2. Niente male.

Tantopiù quando adiacente ad essa si trova la ghiera per la messa a fuoco manuale e la fotocamera consente di ingrandire fino a 10x i dettagli per essere sicuri di quel che si fa. Il design, da proposta di livello, classica, prevede infine la ghiera sull’ottica per impostare i diaframmi. Le linee perfette di un robusto corpo macchina con telaio in lega di alluminiosono disturbate solo dal mirino elettronico LVF (Live View Finder) da 0,38 pollici. Per nostro gusto non amiamo questa modalità di inquadratura e in questo caso specifico ne avremmo fatto volentieri a meno.Proviamo a inquadrare Lumix LX100 nel dettaglio. E’ una fotocamera digitale, con sensore MOS micro 4/3 da 12,8 Megapixel effettivi (non si tratta quindi di un sensore ‘muscolare’ ma pensato per lavorare "di fino”). Questa caratteristica non è da poco, prevede uno specifico lavoro di ingegnerizzazione – basta pensare che nel modello Lumix LX7 il sensore era cinque volte più piccolo, e tantopiù se si pensa all’accoppiata con uno zoom, la cui esposizione della lente non è particolarmente ampia, ma comunque è di una luminosità eccellente (f 1:1,7), lo vediamo tra poco.

Pur con le caratteristiche ‘professionali’ di cui sopra, questa fotocamera rimane una tascabile con i suoi quasi 4 etti di peso e le dimensioni 6,6×5,5×11,4 cm a obiettivo chiuso. L’ottica è un pregiato Leica F1,7-2,8 per uno zoom 24-75 mm, solo 3x, con 5 lenti asferiche e 2 lenti ED con superfici asferiche a due lati. La fotocamera prevede ovviamente lo stabilizzatore ottico dell’immagine.Oltre alle foto LX100 è in grado di girare video 4K!, la fotocamera è dotata di sensore NFC e prevede la connettività WiFi integrata, per ampliare le possibilità di condivisione veloce non solo tra fotocamera e computer, ma anche con smartphone e tablet e facilitare ulteriormente la condivisione sui social network. Il formato di registrazione dei file può essere sia Jpeg sia Raw (Raw Fine, Standard), anche combinati, e i video vengono registrati in Avchd e MP4, inoltre è possibile da un video 4K estrarre una singola foto con questa risoluzione tramite un’apposita funzione. Per inquadrare comodamente, l’utente ha a disposizione il display da tre pollici con risoluzione 1 Megapixel, ben fatto, non touchscreen, come erroneamente qualche sito riporta.

La nostra prova sul campo, subito all’accensione, oltre alle nostre note di apertura ci ha portato a valutare molto positivamente la ‘scorciatoia’ da pulsante per l’applicazione dei Filtri, che riporta in primo piano, ad accesso immediato, una modalità creativa importante che troppo spesso bisogna cercare tra i menu, o preimpostare con le funzioni predefinite, che tuttavia anche su questo modello non mancano.Invece, con Panasonic LX100, è un attimo impostare il B/N, un effetto seppia, oppure anche solo l’effetto stella sulle sorgenti luminose (sì, proprio l’antico filtro ‘cross’). La stessa immediata accessibilità è concessa anche alle impostazioni WiFi (Fn2). Dal punto di vista dell’usabilità, mentre possiamo dire che sul profilo superiore siano stati posizionati vicino al pulsante di scatto i tasti e le ghiere fondamentali, è sul dorso posteriore che si procede con le regolazioni di ogni parametro, tramite due pulsanti chiave: Menu/Set e Display da cui si può raggiungere qualsiasi impostazione.

Per quanto riguarda la messa a fuoco: dati di rilievo sono la distanza minima di appena 3 cm e la possibilità di scegliere tra modalità AFS, Flessibile, Continua, oppure anche manuale. La scelta avviene attraverso un selettore laterale già sull’obiettivo, non particolarmente pratico a onore del vero. In ogni caso il risultato è preciso, e la messa a fuoco veloce. Richiede ovviamente un atteggiamento arguto da parte dell’utente: il classico caso di foto attraverso la finestra con le impostazioni AF automatiche prevede che la fotocamera dia la priorità agli infissi invece che all’immagine centrale. Limite universale dato più dall’impostazione di default, che vero limite tecnico ed è un attimo porre rimedio. Invece della Lumix LX100 e di relativa messa a fuoco si apprezza la velocità e la precisione, soprattutto negli scatti macro in cui si prova vera soddisfazione ad avere mano libera e fiducia ben riposta nel risultato finale.

L’obiettivo molto luminoso, il grande sensore e l’ingegnerizzazione complessiva (con ISO tra 100 e 25600) possono stupire chi, come noi, prova a testare la macchina in condizioni di luminosità ambientale praticamente nulla. Abbiamo provato alcuni scatti con un’illuminazione che nemmeno consente di vedere cosa si inquadra con risultati davvero sorprendenti, qualcuno lo proponiamo nel nostro slideshow. Buona la velocità di scrittura, e in casi di ripresa come quelli appena descritti interviene automaticamente un sistema di riduzione del rumore che innalza il tempo di memorizzazione fino a una decina di secondi, ma con i buoni risultati che abbiamo detto. La fotocamera scatta con modalità di ripresa Program AE, priorità di diaframma, di tempo e Manuale, ovviamente con la possibilità di posa T.
